Service Description

Thank you so much for booking with Merdog Media! We look forward to capturing your property and making it shine. Here is some additional information in regards to booking. Our service area is PORT ARANSAS and PADRE there is a $50 travel fee for Corpus. We are no longer providing services beyond these areas. We will arrange pillows, straighten objects, arrange dining chairs. Beyond this, please have the home photo ready. We do not remove covers on furniture, signs, clutter, decor, or any other items. The home should be how you want it for photos. Please add $50 to base price for homes with more than 4 bedrooms Please add $50 to base price for additional living quarters (ex. mother-in-law suite) Detail images are $75 (note in your booking that you would like detail images added) Full Exterior sunset shoot is $100 (note in your booking that you would like the home shot at sunset) Drone video is $220 We are happy to turn on lights, arrange pillows, open blinds etc. Please ensure patio furniture and umbrellas are photo ready. Covers on outdoor furniture, grills, and fire pits should be removed before the shoot. It is best to have the home free of people and pets. This makes the process quicker and easier while ensuring that we don't accidentally get people or pets in the shots.
